Adding Descriptions Directly from the Extension When Adding Artifacts

Yeah, agreed. Descriptions in general need work here. Do you usually write long descriptions? What are you describing usually?

I usually add just a few words like the author, title of the artwork or book it's from, year, and technique used. Sometimes, in the case of screenshots, I also note the URL to keep a reference. Rarely, I add longer phrases like ai image prompts.

Alf, interesting, thanks! Sounds like you manually upload screenshot images sometimes? If you don't mind me asking, what do you do? Like what role Collecta plays in your workflow?

Igor Lanko, This is my workflow: I take a screenshot using the FireShot extension and drag the image from the Fireshot tab to the Collecta tab.
Use cases where it has been helpful:
- Saving a portion or detail of a page instead of the entire page
- Saving multiple images together
- Saving web pages that Collecta sometimes doesn't capture correctly (e.g., with animations, banners, popups, lazy loading)
Of course, in this case, it's not possible to add descriptions directly from the extension, at least until a manual screenshot feature is integrated ;) Hope this helps
