If you write a new note and don't save it using the "Collect Note" button, but simply click outside the text window, the note is saved locally but not visible. This saved text is shown, when adding a new note later, which is confusing.

Editing notes works differently; changes are saved automatically without an extra save button. This means that you don't have to press an extra save button, but changes are applied automatically.

I would actually like to see this for new notes as well. In any case, it would be unpleasant to lose notes by mistake because you click outside the note window.
