In any case, the effect is that as soon as the autosave kicks in and you type at that moment, the cursor jumps to the end of the text, which is particularly annoying when you want to add something in the middle of the text.

This issue affects not only the field for text notes but also the description field of artifacts.

It seems that the auto-save is triggert after a pause when typing - so this IS better.

But typing is still interrupted when the auto-save activates → the cursor seems to jump to the end of the text when typing during auto-save.

This happens, for example, when I want to add something to an existing text note in the middle of the text.
